江西云龙律师事务所经江西省司法厅批准，2006年4月27日在南昌市成立，已有15年历史。
江西云龙律师事务所主任、教授、创办人李云龙，与最高人民法院常务副院长沈德咏共同撰写《死刑制度比较研究》论著，先后由日本、法国翻译出版，成为我国第一本研究死刑专著。推动我国死刑立法改革起着理论先导作用。李云龙是个资深律师，擅长于贪污贿赂案件辩护和重大民商案件代理。
江西云龙律师事务所副主任、创办人万发根律师是个资深律师。先后主编《破产法新论》、《消费者权益保护案例精选精评》等著作，民商案件专家型律师。
江西云龙律师事务所汇聚国内外知名专家学者、法学教授1名，法学副教授2名，博士、硕士律师9名，本科以上14名。还有一批从检察法院转型从事律师，现有执业律师26名，开创江西云龙律师事务所律师事业发展。为全省、全国代理重大民商事案件，为重大刑事案件辩护，发挥了积极作用，深受社会好评。

Li Yunlong, director, professor and founder of Jiangxi Yunlong law firm, and Shen Deyong, executive vice president of the Supreme People's Court, wrote a treatise on comparative studies of the Death Penalty System, which has been translated and published in Japan and France, it became the first monograph on death penalty in China. Promoting the legislative reform of the death penalty plays a leading role in theory. Li Yunlong is a senior lawyer who specializes in defending corruption and bribery cases and representing major civil and commercial cases.
an Fagen, vice director and founder of Jiangxi Yunlong Law Firm, is a senior lawyer. He has edited "new theory of Bankruptcy Law"，"a selection of consumer protection cases" and other works, civil and commercial cases expert lawyers.
Jiangxi Yunlong law firm gathers one well-known expert, scholar and law professor at home and abroad, two associate professors of law, nine lawyers with doctor's degree and master's degree, and 14 with bachelor's degree or above.
